Meeting Held via Videoconferencing Pursuant to Governor David Ige’s Emergency Proclamation Related to the COVID-19 Delta Response of October 1, 2021, and Mayor Rick Blangiardi’s Proclamation and Emergency Order 2021-15 (COVID-19 [Novel Coronavirus]) of October 27, 2021, in order to allow public participation in a manner consistent with social distancing practices.
Members of the public may view the meeting on the WebEx video conferencing platform. To participate, persons may login at www.webex.com, click “join a meeting,” enter meeting number 2492 336 5034, and complete the registration process. Registrants will receive an email that contains links and information on joining the meeting by either phone or videoconference. After the meeting, a video recording and summary of the meeting may be accessed at https://honolulutransit.org.
Public testimony may be submitted in writing via U.S. mail to HART Board of Directors, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, via e-mail to email@example.com, or by videoconference technology by registering to testify here: Speaker Registration Form. Registrants will receive an email that contains links and information on joining the meeting by either phone or video conference. Videoconference testifiers are strongly encouraged to register at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting.
