Archaeological Inventory Survey - 09.26.2011
The Honolulu Rail Transit Project will be presenting an informational community meeting on the Archaeological Inventory Survey (AIS) work that will take place in the City Center section of the project, which runs from the Middle Street Transit Center station to Ala Moana Center station. The AIS process utilizes ground penetrating radar and trenching methods to explore and excavate underground areas for potential archaeological finds.
