Attention all high school artists! It is time once again to get on-board the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation’s High School Art Poster Contest!

This year’s theme is: Imagine Yourself, Ready to Ride.  For a look at how the trains look on the inside, click here.

All students from grades 9 through 12 attending any public, charter, private or home school is eligible to enter in two categories - traditional fine art created only by hand, or digital art utilizing any components that are digitally produced.

All you have to do is create a 12”x18” single-sided poster to convey the theme of imagining yourself riding the train and create a snapshot of how fun you think riding it will be. On the back of the poster, print your name, grade, school and category. Be sure that an entry form is attached. See Contest Rules for further details. Entry forms and contest rules are available by clicking here.

You can also contact HART at (808) 768-6155 or for more information or to request an entry form.

Posters must be received by HART’s office before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2019.
