The Board will continue the executive session meeting that was recessed on February 2, 2012.  The executive session meeting is to consider the hire of the Executive Director [HRS Sec. 92-5 (a)(2)], where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved, and to consult with the board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities with regard to these matters [HRS Sec. 92-5 (a)(4)].
