The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) and Nan, Inc. would like to notify area residents and businesses of the upcoming removal of controlled access that is currently in place along Dillingham Boulevard between Laumaka Street and Mokauea Street. The controlled access (roadway traffic controls, cones and directional signage) is being removed while HART further develops its utility relocation design plans over the next several months. When the future utility relocation work is scheduled to resume, residents and businesses will receive an updated notification and can expect roadway traffic controls to be reestablishing along Dillingham Boulevard.
Please note ongoing work will continue along Kamehameha Highway between Middle Street and Laumaka Street for Airport Guideway and Stations work.
For complete details, please review the attached flyer.
